So I made a coupe more gentle updates, including the ‘about’ page.
To save you a click, here is what I wrote:
Stacking Theory, for now, is the place I come to dump things.
It’s a bit of a mess at present, to be honest. I’m still trying to find out exactly how it works best for me. The current mix of random thoughts, links, and occasional considered content isn’t really heading this ship in the direction I thought it was.
I’ve been working on a slight re-design as you know, and you’ll probably see some ongoing changes as I try to simplify the design, and separate the content into two streams.
In the meantime, sit back and enjoy the ride – and feel free to let me know what you’re thinking.

huzzah! change is good… loving the white town vid – can’t believe i’ve never seen it altho i’ve always loved the song
Nice tweaks.
I like the random (or rotating?) tag lines. Can tell the header is different but don’t remember the old one well enough to know how different.
I presume that’s your tumblr in the sidebar.
The comment link text is clever too
Thanks Gonty. The header is probably only a little different – used to be Verdana with squished up letters, now Helvetica, Verdana. I stole the rotating lines from the Hello Dolly plugin Found a helpful site that makes RSS icons to your colours of choice: (http://www.iwebtoolsonline.com/) Yes, that is my tumblr in the sidebar (and I was so chuffed to find White Town, Vetti.. made me all nostalgic). You can get the feed for it from here: http://gizo.tumblr.com/rss Lastly, thanks for the positive feedbck on the comments link text – I wasn’t sure about it, as I thought it might seem a little too clever and self-indulgent.
Now that I have this separation of ‘tubmled thoughts’ and content, I just need to write me some words!
